Hard to Be a God Rip Highly Compressed - Mediafire

Hard to Be a God Rip Highly Compressed - Mediafire

Hard to Be a God Rip Highly Compressed - Mediafire
Hard to Be a God Rip Highly Compressed - Based on the novel of the same name by Strugatsky brothers, this non-linear 3D RPG features a branching story with four endings in this tale of the Kingdom of Arkanar. One of the gameplay features is the interference of two epochs in the game universe – the medieval and the alternative future. This provides the peculiar variety of different weapons and armors - from swords and bows to miniguns, from full plates to force fields - and equipment like binoculars and night vision goggles at characters’ disposal. The active combat system also includes a party system and damage modeling on the hero where the character can be wounded badly which will diminish his attributes and require long recover, and even lose a limb or be decapitated by a strong attack of the opponent. The whole world from the book is being carefully created a new under the supervision of one of its demiurges, Boris Natanovich Strugatsky.

BinaryDomain[Repack]

REVIEW

If you're tired of killing aliens, zombies and/or Russian terrorists, then Binary Domain just might be for you. In SEGA's futuristic squad shooter you won't actually fire a shot at a single living thing, just waves upon waves of mechanical maniacs hell-bent on instigating the extinction of you and your species. While its core gameplay doesn't stray too far from the Gears of War template, its setting and plot - inspired by the likes of I, Robot and Bladerunner - makes for a fresh and often thrilling experience, with only a handful of negatives holding it back from greatness.

Binary Domain takes place in Tokyo, in the year 2080. The Amada Corporation, one of the industry leaders in robotics technology, has begun producing humanoid robots that are gradually assimilating their way into the human population. It's up to you, Sergeant Dan Marshall, and an interchangeable squad of multinational mercenaries to infiltrate Amada and put a stop to the android production before it's too late for mankind. The plot admittedly takes a while to get going, but the last few hours of the game present a few interesting twists and turns.

The fight against Amada's robot army takes place in a variety of Neo Tokyo settings, from the shattered slums and sewers of the city's underground to the sun kissed skyline of its affluent upper reaches. There are a handful of times where you'll find yourself slogging through grey, crate-riddled corridors, but for the most part the game designers have come up with interesting locales to frame each action set piece in.

Binary Domain's core gameplay mechanics will be instantly familiar for anyone who's played a cover-based shooter before. You can blind-fire, roadie-run, hop between cover… You know the drill. Beyond the notable inability to turn corners whilst in cover, and a slightly limp feeling melee attack, the control setup works, and works well.

What makes Binary Domain's otherwise boilerplate brand of combat enjoyable is the enemies you face. Forget about the bullet sponges that so often inhabit games of this type, the destructible nature of Binary Domain's robotic foes gives a tangible sense of the damage you're inflicting with each bullet fired - armor shreds into scattered pieces of shrapnel, legs are blown off leaving enemies to drag themselves along with all the relentlessness of a Terminator. Given that you're essentially facing off against an army of glorified appliances, it's somewhat surprising just how violent it all feels. Put simply: machine-gunning robots to death is awesome.

The action never stagnates, either. When you're not shooting at robots, you're surfing on robots, getting chased by giant, transforming biker robots, even taking control of a fallen robot in order to use it as a de facto mech. There are plenty of imposing bosses to take down along the way, and the game's 10-hour campaign hurtles along at a breakneck pace – although some of the palate-cleansing gameplay diversions such as the jet ski section suffer somewhat due to clunky execution.

Binary Domain has two other major gameplay features of note. One is the voice command system for your squad mates, which allows you to wear a headset and speak basic orders like "cover me" and "wait" (Kinect owners take note, the game unfortunately doesn't support Microsoft's peripheral). It can even interpret a handful of basic swear words, just in case you're prone to dropping the odd F-bomb in between grenade tosses.

While the list of commands is pretty extensive, it ultimately boils down to variations on the one small set of available orders – you can't really coordinate any complicated flanking maneuvers or anything, just basic stop or go-type directives. Still, the bottom line is that the voice recognition works far more often than it doesn't – there's even a calibration tool that allows for ambient noise in your lounge room – and if you feel a bit too goofy talking to your console, you can still give commands via a streamlined set of controller inputs instead. Although when you do give squad orders with the controller your character stays mute, which is odd.

The game also features a relationship system between you and your squad mates, which is affected directly by your actions during battle and your responses during each conversation. Be good to your squad and they'll obey your orders and offer tips for defeating certain enemy types; piss them off and they'll be less helpful in a firefight – ignoring your commands and being less proactive with their attacks.

It's an interesting idea, but it ultimately feels pretty superficial as you really have to go out of your way to get them offside, and unless you're a completely unreasonable jerk then chances are you'll lead a relatively happy band of brothers and sisters throughout. Even if you are a prick on purpose, it's not like your squad will ever up and leave you, and in terms of difficulty the experience doesn't really change noticeably whether your squad mates trust you or not.

The consequence system doesn't really bare any major impact on the storyline either – the odd cutscene here and there may be slightly different depending on your level of trust with each team mate, but don't expect a direct influence over any Mass Effect-style killing off of major characters, or any other major moral decisions.

Perhaps due to the incorporation of the trust and consequence system and the importance of the AI relationships to the gameplay, there isn't any co-op support for the main campaign, which is a shame. Instead, the multiplayer consists of the usual variants on deathmatches and capture the flag, as well as a Horde-inspired co-op mode called Invasion, which throws waves of increasingly challenging enemies at you and rewards your kills with currency to spend on weapon upgrades. It's all totally playable, but doesn't present anything new and is unlikely to threaten the established online shooter stalwarts.

Closing Comments

Ironically, for a game about the eradication of androids posing as humans, Binary Domain is itself a form of replicant. It convincingly apes the mechanics and behaviours of the best shooters on the market, but its augmentations feel noticeably forced and artificial. Having said that, shearing through robots in a Neo Tokyo setting makes for a nice change of pace within a genre typically populated by alien antagonists and Eastern European enemies, and in all but name this is essentially the best Terminator game ever made. The voice command and trust systems are interesting experiments that yield slightly underdeveloped results, but ultimately Binary Domain doesn’t hang its hat on them – even without the gimmicks this is an enjoyable albeit derivative shooter that any self-respecting sci-fi fan should check out.Links

MUND FullVersion

MUD FullVersion
MUD - FIM Motocross+singleresumabledirectlink+highlycompressed

The roar of the engines, the kick of your tail-end, the jostling for position. MUD may lean (mid-air, foot outstretched) towards the accessible end of the racing spectrum, but its initial races do a great job of selling the excitement of a Motocross event.
Bikes slide round corners and sluice through the dirt. They leave trails that harden and becoming hazards on later laps. Each track – recreated versions of the FIM Motocross World Championship calendar – is full of mounds and jumps, long downward slopes and technical chicanes. There is an undercurrent of realism despite the ridiculous use of energy drinks to provide temporary speed boosts.
Equally ridiculous (although actually real) is MUD’s primary race mechanic: the scrub. Scrubbing over a jump causes your rider to contort the bike into an improbable angle in the air. Straighten out at just the right moment and you’re rewarded with a kick of speed on landing.
MUD - FIM Motocross+singleresumabledirectlink+highlycompressed
Mess up the timing and rider and bike will collapse to the ground. In races where riders are so tightly bunched together, it can mean the difference between competing for the front and languishing at the back. It’s a trick extended out to absurdity, with races often hinging on mastering the technique, but stringing together a series of perfect jumps is a satisfying experience.
The official mode offers a quick race or a 12-track championship, letting you choose riders and teams from the tournament. But that’s just the sideshow; MUD’s main focus is the World Tour career. Here you pick a ‘Hero’ and compete in a variety of events for money.
That money unlocks everything. You’ll need to buy passes to events, and to the individual races within them, new teams that offer bigger bonuses for better finishing positions, new characters, along with character traits that boost key stats such as speed, agility and stability-boosting strength. Then there’s helmets, new tricks for the Trick Battle mode and better energy drinks to increase boost duration. Even if you focus on unlocking new events, the rewards for completing races just aren’t big enough to keep up steady progress – you’ll be spending most of your time grinding for the cash to foot the mounting bills.
MUD - FIM Motocross+singleresumabledirectlink+highlycompressed
There are multiple event types to break up the repetition. Elimination and Checkpoint offer the standard variations, but the other, Trick Battle, just doesn’t work. It feels shoehorned into an engine not designed to support the ballsy balletics of the sport, and jerky animations and unnatural trick timings lead to an uninvolving experience.
MUD just doesn’t offer the technical depth to make the constant repetition of races satisfying. In an effort to add bells and whistles, it gets bogged down and struggles to maintain its initial speed. But with a dearth of bike games on the market, it still provides a few hours of thrill.

Split Second Velocity

Split/Second, an intense action racing game set within the world of a hyper-competitive reality television show. Competitors vie to be the first across the finish line in a made-for-TV city built for destruction, with the ultimate goal of becoming the season champion.
Split-Second is exactly what it advertises (compete for fame) it self to be, you trigger key elements at key moments in the game that (world’s most dangerous auto races) gives you the advantage in the race and it does that with a bang! (tight turns and tricky jumps) You trigger explosives on buildings or have helicopters drop explosive ( fill your “Powerplay” meter) barrels on your opponents that sends them flying to the wall and get (trigger huge explosions) wrecked, also you have the option to change a part (unleash massive destruction) of the racing track completely.
The handling of the cars is perfect for every (perfect timing and leave) different type, the sense of speed in this game is amazing and the rush (high-def racing) you get from nearly escaping a crash or wrecking your opponent is good!

Risen 2: Dark Waters

Risen 2: Dark Waters

Risen 2: Dark Waters is a deeply flawed open world RPG that will entertain those who are willing to stomach some hefty mechanical shortcomings for a pitch-perfect treatment of a pirate fantasy.

Risen 2 picks up after the events of the first game, with players taking on the role of the same nameless hero as last time. It’s been a rough stretch of time for him since we last saw him. He’s developed a taste for booze. Lots of booze. The game opens on the port city of Caldera, where you’re serving as a member of the Inquisitors. Sea monsters have been causing lots of trouble for merchant ships and you’re sent off to go undercover with pirates as you search for Steelbeard, who is said to have a way to turn the tide (no pun intended).
You don’t need any real knowledge of the previous game to step into Risen 2 and figure out what’s going on quickly enough. It does a decent job of laying out the situation and revealing the facts of the world around you in its opening section. From a narrative perspective at least. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for how the mechanics of play are introduced.

The prologue serves as a sort of tutorial, but it’s a very light one. You’ll learn how to move, how to draw and swing your sword, and how to interact with objects, but Dark Waters really doesn’t go out of its way to educate you on any of its more complicated elements. Which is a shame, since resources early on in the game are very tough to come by. If you make a few bad choices early on, you’re essentially stuck struggling to catch up for the next bunch of hours. This is definitely one of those games that you’ll want to fire up, play for a few hours until you get the hang of it, and then take a mulligan and start the whole thing over again.

The Pirate’s Life
In spite of all of those shortcomings, I found myself frequently entertained as I played through Risen 2. In some ways, it reminds me of an Elder Scrolls game played from a third-person perspective. Bethesda’s open world RPGs are very engaging in spite of various technical shortcomings. Risen 2 isn’t exactly on the level with Skyrim, and its open world is much more restricted, but the sensation of having fun with a game that is in some ways broken ties the two together.
A big source of the fun that I had playing Risen 2 is its treatment of the pirate myth. If there’s a trope, it finds its way into the game somehow. You’ll dig up buried treasure by finding marked X spots (after you obtain the necessary treasure map, of course). You drink Grog like it’s a health potion, because it is. You’ll eventually put together a crew and then choose mateys to accompany you on trips to the shore. You’ll even get to train a thieving monkey and an attack parrot.
For fans of pirate fiction, you’re left with the feeling that your childhood fun and games are being brought to life. Risen 2 may fall short in some ways, but in perfectly nails the feeling of dropping you into your very own swashbuckling pirate fantasy. Sure, you might spend a few hours grinding your way through pack after pack of wild boar for their +50 Glory boost, but you’ll be doing it in a lush jungle environment, decked out in pirate gear with a bottle of Grog in your hand.
For some people, that’s going to be more than enough. For me it was. Despite any flaws, Risen 2 captures its subject perfectly. It’s got heart. That usually isn’t enough to save a lousy video game, but in this case it is. Or it was for me. I think the ability to appreciate the experience stems from two things: your fondness for pirate lore and your tolerance for bad design. If you’re big on the former and patient enough to deal with the latter, then Risen 2 is an experience that you won’t want to miss.
